About Our Products

All our scarves are made from 100% pure silk of the finest quality. Terms such as Silk Charmeuse and Silk Twill simply refer to different weaving techniques and finishing processes, each giving the fabric its own unique character, texture, and appearance.

Shipping

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Production and shipping times may vary depending on the product and destination.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that you may change your mind. If you wish to return an item, it must be returned within 7 days of delivery in its original, unopened packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items whose packaging has been opened.

Quality Concerns

If you discover a fault that should not be present on your product, please photograph the item, the packaging, and any visible issue, then email the images to:
